The rule regarding minors states that the limitation period does not run versus a small. Section 6 does not provide a refreshing place to begin of limitation. Rather, it enables folks with disabilities to hunt an extension of time prior to the expiration with the period pointed out during the Plan, calculated from the end of their legal disability.
